The Primal Collective
We are a multiple system of anarchists. We are politically and dietary vegan. Our body is transgender and racialised. On this page you will find a short bio for each system member you are likely to encounter. After that, you will find a short FAQ. Do not ask about other members. If you think you have met someone not on this list, please inform Ajali.
Ajali (zei/zem/zeir): The medical professional, the least likely to panic in a crisis. Usually the one fronting if something traumatic is happening. Most likely to get frontstuck. Zei tend to be practical and nihilistic.
Trace AKA 7R4C4 (they/it): The programmer, the fighter. Most likely to get in a punch-up. They have a deeper voice than the others. If you asked us to fix a tech problem, you have Trace to thank. Don't ask them about their past.
Jo (they/them): The artist and caretaker. Tends to be the cheeriest. If you need a shoulder to cry on, you need to ask for Jo as they are the most empathetic.

FAQ
How should people refer to you?
Please address individual members when appropriate and us as a collective only when it is relevant (e.g. when talking about where we are located in meatspace). You may call us "The Collective" or "The Primal Collective". If you know our government name or our other online pseudonyms, you may use those as well. What terms do you prefer for referring to yourselves as individuals (headmate/alter/system member/...), or as a group (system/collective/household/...)?
We consider ourselves system mates/members in a multiple system. We do not like the medical model of plurality so please do not use terms such as "alter" and definitely not "personality". We are people. What should people do if they don't know who's at front?
Ask us who is fronting. We try to wear a badge while socialising but sometimes we forget. Is it okay for people to ask if they can talk to someone who isn't at front at the moment?
Yes, we find it relatively easy to switch when there is a great need. Sometimes Ajali gets frontstuck, but others are still able to co-front when this happens. If someone talks to one of you, will other system members be aware of the conversation? Will they be actively watching, or just able to remember it later?
If a member is not co-concious at the time the conversation happens then that means they will not be watching. However, they might be able to access the memory of it happening if directed to it by a system mate.If someone wants to speak to a system member one-on-one, what expectations can they have and how should they communicate this?
If you want a one-on-one conversation with one of us, please make that clear to us. We cannot entirely control who is at front unless explicitly asked and even then there can be complications which we will explain to you. Romantic and otherwise private situations have the need for one-to-one communication assumed, but complications will not be explained unless asked. How out are you? What should people do when talking to people who don't know you're plural?
We have a government name and use "they/them" pronouns at work and when doing activism. We are only out in social and other non-professional contexts.Do you have any internal communication difficulties, memory issues, switch triggers, etc that others should be mindful of?
We have some minor issues with dissociation that we have a handle on these days. Stress can cause Ajali to become frontstuck. Anger tends to be a switch trigger for Trace.Your stance on being asked questions?
You are welcome to ask us any questions. Obviously, not the ones we have said not to ask.
